How this works

  1. Verify your identity once with Veriff (passport + selfie). Takes ~3 minutes. Your photo ID never leaves Veriff's vault.
  2. bit-sign signs a certificate attesting your identity strength (Lv 4 Sovereign), document country, and sanctions screen result. The cert is a small JSON file with a cryptographic signature.
  3. Issuers fetch your cert when you want to receive tokenised company shares or other regulated assets. They check the signature against bit-sign's published root keys — no central authority lookup needed.
  4. You stay in control: you can revoke at any time, your cert is portable across every b0ase product, and bit-sign never reveals your underlying KYC documents to any issuer.

  • $bMovies seed equity transfers — bMovies LTD's transfer agent requires Lv 4 + sanctions clear before co-signing any share transfer.
  • Per-film royalty token issuance — gated by jurisdiction allow-lists from the cert.
  • Premium studio onboarding — verified studios get faster brief access on the bMovies marketplace.
