Ask X for your archive
On x.com go to Settings and privacy → Your account → Download an archive of your data, and press Request archive.

X emails you when it is ready, often within a day. Download it and keep it zipped.

Choose the .zip on the import page and press Mint. Your posts go to your wallet, private until you show them.
